Where you want to go begins with wherever you’re at now. I want to understand as much as possible about your goals, exercise history, preferences and dislikes, and any injuries or other conditions. I’ve also found great success in understanding the “why” behind my client’s goals—sure you want to lose fat and build muscle but what’s really behind that desire? During your first consultation we’ll also do a movement assessment so I can what imbalances or weaknesses you’ve got, and even give you some tips you can implement into your fitness routine right away. Your first consultation is totally free, no sweat, no pressure.

Program
After our first chat I’ll know exactly what to prescribe so you can be as efficient as possible on your way to your goals. You’ll get a program with at least four separate workouts (with instructions) that you can do on your own time at your own gym
