part muscle. part mobility. total performance.

6 weeks. 12 sessions.

This class is designed to build strength and mobility for the long game. We pair heavy compound lifts with mobility-driven yoga sequences to create usable power across full ranges of motion.

Expect to push, pull, hinge, squat, carry, and rotate—then open the hips, shoulders, and spine you just trained. The result: more muscle you can actually use, better movement quality, stronger posture, fewer aches, and faster recovery. On top of all that, you’ll get amazing foundational knowledge of how to lift smarter and a whole set of tools you can use for your own training, no matter what exercise you’re doing.

If you want to lift hard and still move like an athlete, this is your program. Think durable, mobile, all-terrain strength.

Unleash Your Strength

Unlock Your Flow

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS PROGRAM: Heavy lifts build raw power while mobility-focused sequences keep your joints healthy and fluid.

You’ll develop stronger hips and shoulders for better posture and injury prevention, more core stability for everything from lifting groceries to sprinting, and improved balance that carries into sports and daily life. The combination of resistance and flow also enhances recovery, so you can train harder without burning out.

By the end of the program, you’ll move more efficiently and maintain the kind of athleticism that supports an active, pain-free lifestyle.
