Creative Meditations - *PRE ORDER*

$16.00

Think of this book as a portal. When you read or listen to the meditations, try to allow yourself to remain as open as you can to whatever thoughts, feelings, ideas, or impressions come to mind. Something may come through, or it may not. There is no wrong way to meditate.

When you visit the meditations, you are accessing a portal to infinite possibilities. You don’t have to sit alone in a quiet place and give dedicated focus to the meditations—although that may help you dive deeper into the rich expanse of your own consciousness. It is perfectly fine to visit the meditations in a public place, while traveling, cooking, cleaning, driving, sleeping, exercising, or while tending to any kind of task. There is no wrong way to meditate.

During a meditation, you may feel a sudden exciting bolt of inspiration. If that happens, l want to recommend that you pause the meditation and immediately record the idea. Trap it while it's in the net. Either write the idea down or record your voice talking about it. I would also recommend not telling it to anyone as soon as it comes in. Keep it to yourself for a while. Chew on it. Let it marinate in your mind. Ideas are raw and precious things. Ideas have a way of only making sense to the one receiving it when they’re fresh. But if something comes in, pause, and take action. You can always come back to the meditation but ideas are fleeting. Other times, you may visit a meditation and get nothing. That's OK. It doesn't mean you did anything wrong. Creativity comes when it comes. Think of it like seep—you can't tell your body to fall asleep the way you can tell your face to raise your eyebrows. All you can do is create the conditions which invite sleep to happen to you. This book is not a magic idea-genarating pill that will make you more creative. It is a portal that will help you create the conditions which invite infinite and boundless creativity to happen to you. When you meditate, don’t try to get ideas. Let them come. You can’t meditate the wrong way.

When a portal of inspiration opens, let whatever comes through flow freely and fully, without any judgement or hesitation. Ideas don't always make sense right away, especially when they're raw, and that's OK. You don't have to share your thoughts with anyone else. All you have to do is keep the portal open. If you do that, inspiration will strike eventually. Answers to questions and solutions to problems will arise seemingly out of nowhere. New possibilities will emerge and you may feel more connected to yourself as a result of listening to the loud whispers of your soul.

Think of this book as a portal to discovery of your true self, allowing your true, most exciting ideas to finally surface. They've always been there, waiting for permission to breach fear and doubt. You now have that permission. You are and always have been creative. You are the portal. You always have been.
